A while back I was thinking about creating a hack that displayed a signal light in place of the open/closed folder.
Red = No new posts.
Yellow = Posts need approval.
Green = New posts.
Not sure why I didn't create it... lol perhaps just never enough time. Now we have the light bulb which is much better than the folder, I think. []/forum/images/icons/wink.gif[/]

That sounds cool dave.
A while back I had replaced the "newpost.gif" graphic with the light bulb. So when there were no new posts you had the closed folder....and new posts had the bulb. It really stood out.
